Italy – Travel to Italy Academy (ENIT)
Online training by the Italian National Tourist Board (ENIT) covering destinations, off-the-beaten-path regions, culture, and itinerary-building tips. Completion earns the Italy Specialist designation and a certificate. Graduates are prioritized for FAM program consideration and receive ongoing updates from the tourist board.
Ireland – Ireland Specialist Program (Tourism Ireland)
Interactive online training program by Tourism Ireland designed to help advisors sell the island of Ireland with confidence. Covers regions, culture, attractions, and practical selling tips for both the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland. Graduates earn preferred agent status with Tourism Ireland and access to dedicated trade resources and FAM opportunities.

Outrigger Expert Advisor Program
Certification covering Outrigger's beach resorts across Hawaii, Asia-Pacific, and the Indian Ocean. Complete the Expert Advisor Certification and Culture courses to earn certified status. Earn reward points (600 upon certification, 100 per additional course) redeemable for complimentary room nights at 2,000 points. Clients receive a welcome amenity for stays of 3+ nights when booking is reported.
