Cancellation Penalties:
The cost of travel Insurance is nonrefundable.If you do not purchase the travel insurance, the full amount paid on the reservation is nonrefundable.
Travel Insurance (Only for US Citizens): Millennium Tours strongly suggests purchasing travel insurance. Travel insurance must be purchased at the time of deposit to reap all of its benefits. It is Cancel For Any Reason insurance and helps with baggage and weather protection. This travel protection also assists with changes and fees from booking through travel. *Please note the change to travel insurance with two choices for refund. This is a new program and gives you a choice of the coverage you would like.
Room Cancellation Policy: When you purchase the ALG Travel ProtectionPlus Insurance as listed above, you may cancel right up until your departure for a full refund.

The bride and groom have put their trust in Jessica to plan a successful destination wedding for them. The best way for her to manage their wedding plans is to book and manage every reservation so we can coordinate each detail of the wedding event. This relieves stress for the bride and groom and all of their guests.
The bride and groom have already set aside a room block and signed a contract for those rooms. Rooms booked outside of their block do not count towards fulfilling their contract and may incur in additional fees for attending wedding events (at the discretion of the resort).
Jessica at Millennium Tours is committed to providing you with personal attention. You will be treated like your valued client and not merely a confirmation number! Jessica can customize your trip any way you like and can even help if you’d like to extend your stay, change resorts, or bring your family.
Jessica will monitor your reservation and keep you informed of any changes. Even after you finalize your booking, she will be with you to make certain everything goes smoothly.
Jessica works hard to get you the best price. If you see a lower price for the exact package – dates, airline, airline times, taxes, insurance, transfers, etc. – please allow us to work with you to see if we can match the same price. This way, we can book your reservation, and you will be included in the wedding group. Online prices usually do not include all of the extras that we have negotiated for the group. Please allow us to help you with this.
