BDM Directory

A Business Development Manager, or BDM, is your direct contact at a supplier. They are there to support travel advisors, not just sell to them. Building a relationship with your BDMs is one of the most valuable things you can do as an advisor.

What a BDM can do for you:

  • Walk you through a supplier's product offerings, promotions, and booking tools

  • Help you find the right fit for a specific client's needs

  • Provide training, resources, and co-marketing support

  • Advocate on your behalf if a booking issue needs escalation

  • Connect you with FAM trip opportunities and agent incentives

How to reach out:

  • Introduce yourself. Let them know you are an advisor with Millennium Tours and what your specialty is.

  • Be specific. If you have a client scenario or a question about a product, lead with that. BDMs appreciate advisors who come prepared.

  • Stay in touch. You do not need to have a booking in progress to check in. A quick email to ask about current promotions or new product launches keeps the relationship warm.

  • Use them as a resource before, during, and after a booking. They want you to succeed because your bookings benefit them too.

Not sure who your BDM is for a specific supplier? Check the directory below, or reach out to Jessica, and she will connect you directly.

Some BDMs are assigned by Agency Location, and others by Agent Location.
